The skies above Inverness will be lit up on the 5th of November with a wonderful firework display. It is said to be the only local authority run firework display in Scotland taking place this year. Locals have been encouraged to enjoy the fireworks from their own locations rather than travelling down to the city centre to meet up for the display.

Fireworks in the Park

Dalry Road, Kilwinning, KA13 6HJ

Doors open – 4:30pm
Firework display – 5pm

Suggested donation on entry £5 a family or what you can afford

Kilwinning Community Events aims to put on the finest show in Ayrshire while also ensuring the safety of all visitors. Fireworks in the Park shall return to McGavin Park on Friday, November 5th.

We’ll repeat the lower-noise short family display at 6 p.m., which is better suited to younger kids owing to the timing or people who don’t enjoy the louder bangs.

The 18-minute themed music presentation will be performed for the second time in Kilwinning at 7:30 pm. This is part of their ongoing effort to provide the greatest show they can to their community. The goal of the show is for the music and fireworks to blend together to help hide some of the louder booms and decrease the noise effect far away from the arena.

If you get separated, ensure your children have a record of your name and phone number. If they become separated, tell them to go to any steward, and we’ll have lost children sign up at the pavilion in the park’s centre.

Please do not bring any fireworks, alcohol, or glass to the event, as we retain the right to search attendees.
