Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to users of iVisit websites as well as the services, features, and applications offered by iVisit (the “Services”).

User accounts

Any previous agreement, statement, or other communication (whether written or oral) made by the User or iVisit that is not stated herein is superseded and replaced by these Terms of Use.

If a court of competent jurisdiction finds any section of these Terms of Use to be illegal or unenforceable for any reason, that portion shall be considered deleted without affecting the other provisions.
