From Friday 1 April, join the team at the zoo for a T-riffic day at the zoo to meet these awe-inspiring dinosaurs against the backdrop of Scotland’s capital, in collaboration with Dino Don Inc.
The exhibition features moving and roaring animatronic dinosaurs – making it a real thrill for true adventurers!
Meet the Ances-tour
Step into the past with their self-led family trail! Discover more about what links their incredible animals at the zoo with the pre-historic worlds and creatures that came before them. The trail can be followed all the way to the top of the hill, where you can see their magnificent new dinosaurs.
As part of this year’s Science Festival, join in a scrummy, dino-mite breakfast! Become a velocer-crafter and take part in their family friendly dino inspired crafts while you make roar-some discoveries. Travel through the ages as you explore the beasts of the past during this tricera-tops morning!
The experience begins at 9am, with their Dino Ranger meeting participants at the zoo’s members gate before they lead the way up to dinosaur territory! There, you’ll learn amazing facts about the dinosaurs that once roamed exclusively before they open to the public.
